My 1968 Olds Cutlass "S"
This was my first new car. I bought it in 1968 from Cheesman-Fleeger Chevy-Olds in Slippery Rock, PA. I paid $2368.00 for it, with a $1000.00 down payment and financing the rest. I believe my payments were $35.00 per month. This car had a 350 V8 with a Hurst 3 speed on the floor. It was a special order. It did not have power steering, power brakes, or air conditioning, but it did have an AM-FM radio. I drove it until 1974, when it was traded for a 1974 Monte Carlo. It is too bad I did not take more pictures of it. The fond memories of this car led me to my current 442.
